A First Look at the adidas NMD TS1 GORE-TEX “Triple Black”

Functionally fit.

Although still relatively new to the adidas family, the NMD TS1 has already undergone a creative overhaul from noted shop mita sneakers, however, is now gearing up to return in a crowd-favorite color scheme. Set to drop later this year is a slick “Triple Black” rendition, outfitted with cutting-edge GORE-TEX fabric.

Dressed in a woven core black upper, the silhouette’s signature midfoot shroud features a subtly-placed GORE-TEX tag placed beneath with additional branding accents hitting the medial side, while statement Three Stripes branding can be seen accentuating the tongue and heel tab. Sitting below, a full-length BOOST sole unit, complete with matching-hued EVA inserts help round out the all-new model. Although release details still have yet to be confirmed, the NMD TS1 GORE-TEX “Triple Black” will soon make its way to adidas’s online shop.

adidas Reveals NMD R1 & NMD R1 Primeknit “Bred”

Striking red and black looks.

With big plans for its NMD lineup scheduled for the rest of the year, adidas Originals recently revealed some new “Bred” takes for its R1 lineup.

Opting for darker tones, the NMD R1 and the NMD R1 Primeknit are given black and red makeovers that highlight the standout elements on the two models. The NMD R1 goes monochromatic with a full black upper complete with matching EVA Three Stripes midfoot branding and heel counter, while a full-length black BOOST midsole accented by red TPU sole bumpers finishes off the look. The emerging NMD R1 Primeknit-assisted silhouette is dressed in a marbled black and red contrast pattern and features the same full-length black BOOST midsole, however instead with black TPU sole bumpers.

Priced at $170 USD and $130 USD, the “Bred” NMD R1 Primeknit and NMD R1 are set to release at select adidas retailers August 13 and September 6 respectively.

In case you missed it, an END. x adidas Yung-1 sneaker is set to release soon.

Coming your way soon.

A new version of adidas’s NMD CS1 has emerged — one that spotlights an eye-catching overlay detail. Last spotted in a clean “Clear Orange” color scheme, the City Sock series now welcomes this Lux variant to the growing catalog.

A black Primeknit-forged upper dominates the upper, with welcoming splashes of tan found on the heel pull tab and medial branding patch, adding depth and warmth to the somber palette. Sitting below, we see an all-white scheme, which includes a full-length BOOST midsole, EVA inserts and a rubber outsole. The new adidas NMD CS1 Lux “Core Black” will retail for a price of $180 USD and can be found online starting July 1.
